We are a skill development and community-focused organisation working to create opportunities through education, vocational training, employability development and livelihood initiatives. Our work is centred around one simple idea: Skills should create opportunities.

We work with learners, communities, institutions, employers and development partners to create practical pathways from learning to employment and sustainable livelihoods.

Our Purpose

Many individuals have the willingness to work and learn but may not have access to appropriate training, career information or opportunities. We aim to bridge these gaps by creating accessible learning opportunities and connecting people with the knowledge, skills and support they need.
